![]() If you have proportionally longer arms, you are likely to feel more comfortable on a bigger frame. On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. If your arm span is longer than your height, go for a bigger frame. As long as your triathlon allows disc brakes, you could just swap out the tyres for 28c and be pretty much as fast as any other cheap road bike. If you measure from the center of the bottom bracket to the very top of the seat tube (along the seat tube up to where the seat post inserts), that would give you the measurement as Fuji does it.
